Variete Sourdough Bread was born in a kitchen on a pursuit to a healthier lifestyle from a single mom, Paulina Orozco, in Noblesville, IN. Her journey embarked her to make artisanal sourdough bread at home and the rest is history.

Since opening VSB, she is committed to the quality of the bread . Her mission statement has inspired those with a heart to serve others since VSB decided to be a non-profit. 

Most of VSB’s profit will go to supporting church's missions and organization in rural areas worldwide and the rest of profit will be used to sustain the needs of Variete Sourdough Bread accordingly.
